Romsey Relay Marathon

Following Lindsay's trip to The Gambia and her 50th birthday in April Lindsay felt that she wanted to make a difference and do something to help the children of The Gambia. Lindsay founded The HAL Project and the Romsey Relay Marathon was our first fundraising event.

 

Family business, mother and son, Lindsay and Harry sports coaching company Your Sports Education gathered a group of friends and family to run the Romsey Relay Marathon in aid of The HAL Project - Gambia. Thank you to sister, Louise (Asher Broomfield Solicitors) for sponsoring the t-shirts, to Mum and Dad for providing sausage sandwiches and cake and a special thank you to all the runners and the people who sponsored us. I have a personal thank you to Jack - you saved my race time!

 

It was a lovely day and a fantastic result - YSE finished 12/140 teams and many generous donations were received.
